The passion for cooking has accompanied her for over 20 years. The source of culinary knowledge is a number of completed courses thanks to which he perfectly combines tradition with new trends and culinary techniques.
On the way to the current position of Chef, she worked in all gastronomy departments. He is interested in gastronomic trends, but appreciates Polish cuisine, which focuses on local products: "It is the taste of the dish and local, fresh products that make Masurian Cuisine unique."
The hotel's restaurant is the quintessence of classic elegance, referring to the scenery of exclusive ferries. And all this to make our guests feel special and remember their stay in Masuria for a long time.
For lovers of a slightly more relaxed atmosphere, we offer the equally original "Albatros" tavern, whose menu is in no way inferior to the restaurant menu. The tavern maintained in a nautical style, with a bar in the form of a sailing ship, is a favorite place for evening meetings and great fun accompanied by music.
